By subscribing to or using services provided by Apna Business Online (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

We provide subscription-based digital services including website development, mobile app development (Android/iOS), digital marketing, SEO optimization, and graphic design. Services are billed on a Daily Payment or One Time Payment basis, as selected by the customer at the time of order.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Daily Payment plans are billed per day with no minimum lock-in period.
• One Time Payment plans are billed as a single upfront payment for an agreed scope of work.
• Add-ons selected during plan customisation are billed in addition to the base plan price.
• Prices displayed on our website are subject to change; any such change will not affect an order already confirmed.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Billing stops from the date of cancellation, and no cancellation fee applies to Daily Payment plans.

5. Ownership

• Domain names and business branding remain your property at all times.
• Website, app, and design deliverables are made available for your use for as long as the related subscription is active. For One Time Payment plans, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you upon receipt of full payment.
• We retain ownership of any internal tools, templates, and frameworks used to build or manage your deliverables.

6. Revisions & Support

Reasonable revisions are included as part of active subscriptions. Support is available via phone, WhatsApp, and email during business hours.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, logos) required to complete your project. Delays in providing this information may affect delivery timelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality services but do not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as sales, search rankings, or website traffic, as these depend on factors outside our control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party providers such as hosting companies, payment gateways, and app stores. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
